MCP Connector

Your store, answerable.

Connect Claude, Manus, and any MCP-compatible assistant to your live Meta Ads, Shopify, and Klaviyo data — the same numbers you see in your dashboard, answerable in plain English. Read-only by design.

Overview

What is the Ecombini MCP connector?

The Ecombini AI MCP connector lets Claude, Manus, and other MCP-compatible AI clients answer questions directly from your live Meta Ads, Shopify, and Klaviyo data — the same data you already see in your Ecombini dashboard, scoped to your own account. Instead of exporting spreadsheets or switching between five tabs, you just ask: “Which campaigns are leaking budget?”, “What’s about to sell out?”, “Where are my sales coming from?”

Every tool is read-only — the connector reads and analyzes, it never changes your campaigns, budgets, or customers. The one exception is a propose-only action: when the assistant recommends a change, it files a proposal for a human to review and approve in your dashboard. Nothing runs on your account automatically. And it’s protected end to end — encrypted in transit, isolated to your account, and never used to train any model.

Use cases

Ask it anything.

Five prompts you can paste into any connected client. It’s your store — just ask. The connector already knows whose data it’s talking to.

01
“Show me my top performing campaigns last month, and flag any with ROAS below 1.0x.”
What you get back: your Meta campaigns ranked by spend — impressions, clicks, purchases, and the numbers to compute ROAS and cost-per-purchase — plus a recent daily breakdown so you see the trend, not just the total.
02
“Which of my variants are about to run out given the last 30 days of sales?”
What you get back: a per-variant list tagged by stockout risk (out of stock, high risk, dead inventory, healthy), with current stock next to how fast each SKU is actually moving — so you act before you sell out or sit on dead stock.
03
“Give me my store’s full customer acquisition journey over the last 12 months in one shot.”
What you get back: a single consolidated report — headline KPIs, new-vs-returning revenue trend, cohort retention, customer value tiers, full traffic-source attribution, and which products bring customers back.
04
“Which of my categories have the strongest spend-vs-revenue correlation this quarter?”
What you get back: a cross-platform view of how tightly your Meta ad spend per category tracks your Shopify revenue per category — so you can tell which categories genuinely respond to spend and which are noise.
05
“Audit my campaigns and propose pausing any below 1.0x ROAS for me to review.”
What you get back: the assistant analyzes performance and files each recommendation as a pending proposal in your Ecombini admin panel. You review and approve — nothing is paused or changed automatically.
Getting started

Connected in minutes.

You’ll need two things: the server URL https://mcp.ecombini.ai/mcp and a personal access token from your Ecombini account (Account → Settings → MCP Access → Generate token). The token authenticates you and scopes every request to your own store — the same data you see in your dashboard.

Claude.ai Web

  1. Open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Click Add custom connector.
  3. Paste https://mcp.ecombini.ai/mcp
  4. Authorize with your Ecombini account.
  5. Enable the connector in a new chat and ask away.

Claude Desktop App

  1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Enter https://mcp.ecombini.ai/mcp
  3. Authorize with your Ecombini account when prompted.
  4. The tools appear in your next conversation.

Manus Custom MCP

  1. Go to Settings → Custom MCP.
  2. Choose Direct configuration.
  3. Server URL: https://mcp.ecombini.ai/mcp
  4. Header: Authorization: Bearer <token>
  5. Save — the tools are now available to Manus.

Any other MCP client: point it at https://mcp.ecombini.ai/mcp with an Authorization: Bearer <token> header. The connector speaks standard remote MCP.

Available tools

22 tools, one connector.

Grouped by category. Tool names match the MCP registry exactly. Every tool is read-only except propose-agent-decision, which only records a proposal for human review.

Privacy & security

Narrow, read-only, tenant-scoped.

  • Fully protected, end to end. Every request runs over encrypted HTTPS, stored credentials are encrypted at rest, and your store’s data is isolated to your tenant — it can never leak into another account’s answers.
  • You see only your own data. Every request is scoped to your Ecombini account and your own store — the same scope as your dashboard.
  • Read-only by default. 21 of the 22 tools only read and analyze. The single write tool, propose-agent-decision, records a proposal for human review; it never changes live campaigns, budgets, or customers.
  • No training on your data. Your data is used only to answer your requests. It is not used to train any model.
  • Encrypted, revocable access. OAuth tokens for your connected Meta, Shopify, and Klaviyo accounts are stored encrypted, and your MCP access token can be revoked at any time.
  • Audited actions. Every proposal is attributed to the token owner and reviewed by a human in the Ecombini admin panel before anything can act on it.
MCP data addendum

The Ecombini MCP connector accesses only the data you already see in your dashboard, scoped to your own tenant — your connected Meta Ads, Shopify, and Klaviyo accounts. It collects no additional data, and does not use your data to train any model. Tokens are stored encrypted and revocable anytime. Every tool is read-only except propose-agent-decision, which only records a proposal for a human to approve. Read the full privacy policy →

FAQ

Common questions.

Is my data used to train AI models? +
No. Your data is used only to answer the questions you ask through your MCP client. It is never used to train any model.
Who can see my data through the connector? +
Only you, and any operators you’ve explicitly authorized on your Ecombini account. Every request is scoped to your tenant — the connector cannot reach another customer’s data.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. All traffic runs over encrypted HTTPS. OAuth credentials for your connected platforms are stored encrypted, your MCP access token can be revoked instantly, and every request is isolated to your own tenant. Your data is never used to train any model.
Is the connector read-only? +
Almost entirely. 21 of the 22 tools are strictly read-only. The one exception, propose-agent-decision, does not execute anything — it files a proposal for a human to review and approve.
What does propose-agent-decision actually do? +
When the assistant recommends an action (for example, pausing an underperforming campaign), it writes a PENDING proposal capturing what it saw, why, and the exact change it suggests. A human reviews it in your dashboard and decides whether to apply it. No live campaign, budget, or customer is changed by the tool itself.
Which AI clients are supported? +
Any MCP-compatible client — including Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Manus. Point any other MCP client at the server URL with a bearer token and it will work.
What data sources does it cover? +
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Shopify e-commerce, and Klaviyo email/SMS — plus cross-platform analytics that combine Meta spend with Shopify revenue.
How do I revoke access? +
Revoke your MCP access token in your Ecombini account settings, or remove the connector from your AI client. Access stops immediately.
How fresh is the data? +
Your assistant reads from the same continuously synced data that powers your Ecombini dashboard — not a stale export. Every response includes a data-freshness indicator, so the assistant can always tell you exactly how recent the numbers are.
Can the connector spend money or change my campaigns? +
No. It cannot pause ads, move budgets, or edit customers. The only action it can take is filing a proposal for you to review.
I manage more than one store — do I need separate tokens? +
No. Store owners connect once and simply ask — there is nothing to choose; your token is your store. If you’re an operator or agency account manager with access to several stores, one token covers all of them — just name the store, and the connector confirms the match before running any analysis.
